Dates to Remember:

October 7, 2024 – Vote By Mail Ballots mailed by the County Registrar-Recorders Office
October 21, 2024 – Last Day to register or transfer to vote in the General Municipal elections

If you missed the October 21st deadline to register to vote or update your voter registration for the November 5, 2024, General Municipal Election, you still have the opportunity to participate in “Same Day” voter registration. You can cast your ballot by visiting the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder elections office or any vote center or polling place in Los Angeles County. There’s no need to wait for Election Day!

To reduce wait times, the City Clerk’s Office encourages Pico Rivera residents who need “Same Day” voter registration to visit an early voting location prior to Election Day to ensure their voices are heard. Residents participating in same-day registration must complete a voter registration form and will be provided with a ballot. These ballots will be counted once the County elections office has completed the voter registration verification process.
