VOTE CENTERS

Voters in Pico Rivera have the option to cast their ballot in-person at a participating Vote Center. Vote Centers provide modern features to make voting safe, easy, and convenient.  Vote Centers also serve as Vote by Mail Ballot Drop Box Locations.

For the upcoming November General Municipal Elections, the following City-owned facilities will be hosting a Vote Center beginning November 2, 2024 – November 5, 2024 (Election day):

4-day:
  • Montebello Gardens Elementary School Cafetorium - 4700 Pine Street
  • Pico Park Auditorium– 9528 Beverly Boulevard
  • Rivera Park Auditorium – 9530 Shade Lane

Voting Hours for the above-listed facilities is as follows:

November 2-4, 2024:                           10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
November 5, 2024 (Election Day):      7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

10-day:
  • Pico Rivera Library - 9001 Mines Avenue

Voting hours:

October 26 - November 4, 2024:      10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
November 5, 2024 (Election Day):     7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

BALLOT DROP BOXES

Ballot drop boxes provide voters with a safe, accessible, and contact free method to return their voted ballot.  In the City of Pico Rivera, there are two (2) ballot drop boxes located below:

Located in the parking lot off Beverly Boulevard

Before you drop off your Vote by Mail ballot, make sure to:

  • Place your voted ballot card(s) inside the Official Return Envelope
  • Securely seal the Official Return Envelope
  • Sign and date the back of the Official Return Envelope

What You Need to Know:

  • Drop Boxes are available to voters beginning 29 days before and on Election Day
  • Drop Boxes close at 8:00 p.m. on Election Day
  • Drop Boxes are bolted securely into cement or chained in place
  • Drop Boxes are designated with security features identified in state regulations
  • Drop Boxes have an exterior coating to reduce permanent graffiti or damage
  • The LA County works with law enforcement agencies, cities, local stakeholders, and community-based organizations to monitor and safeguard all boxes
