The Great Shakeout

The City of Pico Rivera will take part in the Great California ShakeOut on Thursday, October 17, between 10:17 to 10:37 a.m. Our City facilities will be closed as our employees participate in this statewide drill. This annual drill is an opportunity for all residents to prepare for an earthquake and practice “Drop, Cover, and Hold On.” Everyone in the community is encouraged to participate in the ShakeOut. Earthquakes can occur at any time and anywhere in the state.
