The Los Angeles County Library’s Summer Discovery Program (SDP) is in full swing at your local library. The library’s summer celebration of reading and exploration program is currently running through August 13. Customers of all ages can read and complete activities, earn badges and be entered to win cool prizes. Customers can participate online via Beanstack (LACountyLibrary.org/Summer-Discovery) by creating an account and registering for the SDP Challenge or in-person at the Pico Rivera Library, the Rivera Library, or any Los Angeles County Library location.
The Pico Rivera Library and the Rivera Library will host a full lineup of great programs for all ages throughout the summer, including magic shows, science programs, video gaming, book talks, and much more! Visit https://lacountylibrary.org/picorivera-library/ for a listing of upcoming programs at the Pico Rivera Library and https://lacountylibrary.org/rivera-library/ for a listing of upcoming programs at the Rivera Library. All programs are free!
