The City of Pico Rivera honors the California’s Public Records Act, in which it requires that the City respond to a request for public records within 10 calendar days. 

To make your Public Records Request, simply complete, download and email the public records request form to the City Clerk’s Office at cityclerk@pico-rivera.org or print and submit in-person within City Hall.

*Copies of many city documents have a cost of $1.00 for the first page and $.20 per page thereafter. 

The City has made various records accessible to residents. To view the list of available records or to access them, please visit the City’s Online Records Center. Additionally, Monthly Building Permit Reports and New Business License Reports can also be found in the Online Records Center.
