Tai Chi for Seniors

Seniors who wish to start the morning with a relaxing exercise program can look no further than Smith Park. Tai Chi for seniors aged 50 and over, will provide an exercise activity that is practiced as a slow-moving meditation. Tai Chi offers benefits such as stress reduction, as well as improvements in balance, mobility, and focus.

Tai Chi for Seniors is offered on Tuesday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The next session will be:

1/7 – 1/8/25:     $40
2/11 – 3/4/25:   $40
3/25 – 4/15/25: $40
