• Residential Mechanical (Wall Heater Change Out)
• Residential Electrical (Panel Upgrade)

• Single Family Residential Small Rooftop Permit
• Obtain approval through SolarAPP+ at solarapp.nrel.gov, where permits are typically processed the same day.

Note: Use non-residential permit for commercial Solar Applications

The following work requires a plan check prior to permit issuance:

• Public Improvements, Driveway approach, Water / Sewer / Storm Drain Improvements
• Excavation or Grading
• Encroachment (Roll-off Bin, Block Party / Street Closure, Small Wireless Facility)
