SB 1383 FAQs

The City of Pico Rivera has implemented mandated changes to customers’ trash bills, bins, and collections that adhere to goals set by the State of California to improve waste diversion (i.e., separating recyclables and organics). The City’s Office of Sustainability works closely with NASA and Go2Zero to facilitate meeting State requirements and minimizing the transitional impacts on the community.
