Express Permits

1. Express Permits are only available for the following permit types:
   

• Residential Mechanical
•  Electrical
• Plumbing

Examples:
Water heaters, Gasline repair, Heater replacement, Panel upgrades

2. Express Permit is allowed only for the following zones:

• Single-Family Residential
• Single-Family Residential Estate
• Multiple-Family Residential Variable Density
• Planned Residential Unit Development
• Specific Plan 301

A contractor must be ready to provide active California State Contractor’s License and City Business License information.
