DIGITAL BILLBOARD – 3900 BAYBAR ROAD

In 2023, Outfront Media LLC, submitted a Development Agreement application for the construction of a new digital billboard located at 3900 Baybar Road. The scope of this project is limited to one freestanding billboard located on a privately owned seven-acre lot that is zoned for Industrial General use. The structure is proposed at 65 feet in height with two 14’ X 48’ digital display boards. Both display boards would be positioned at an angle toward the Interstate (I-605) freeway for maximum visibility.
