Pico Rivera residents are encouraged to come and listen from candidates for the Pico Rivera City Council, and the El Rancho Unified School Board at a Candidates’ Forum to be held on Wednesday, October 16.
The Forum, sponsored by the Whittier League of Women Voters, starts at 6:00 p.m. at the Pico Rivera Senior Center, 9200 Mines Avenue. All the candidates in this year’s election have been invited to participate.
The evening will begin with opening statements by each of the candidates, followed by the candidates’ answers to questions submitted by the public and the League. Questions may be submitted in advance via e-mail to info@whittier.ca.lwvnet.org or by phone at 562.947.5818. Questions may also be submitted in person the night of the Forum.

This website, provided by the League of Women Voters Education Fund, provides nonpartisan information to the public with both general and state-specific information for this year’s election including candidate information, polling locations, and registration deadlines.
