The Pico Rivera Chamber of Commerce is excited to combine two fun events in support of the business community and the Wesley Kruse Scholarship.
The Wesley Kruse Scholarship will give back to the next generation of musical professionals. This scholarship was established in 2021 by the Pico Rivera Chamber Foundation in honor of past Board Member Wesley Kruse, a legacy, long-time resident, lover of music, and supporter of Pico Rivera.
The Chamber will host a virtual silent auction from Saturday, March 19 through Saturday, March 26, with partial proceeds benefiting the Wesley Kruse Scholarship Fund. Auction items will be available for viewing online. Details from Chamber will be provided in the weeks for the link to access the auction items and other pertinent bidding details. On Saturday, March 26, the Chamber will host a memorable culinary night with a virtual cooking demonstration featuring Chef Marco Zapien from Zapien’s Salsa Grill.
This is a great way to spend some great times and memories with your family from the comforts of your home. Chef Marco will guide you in preparing dishes that can serve from four to six guests.
The demonstration will be held via “Zoom” from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
