Nationwide Environmental Services continues with a weekly schedule for sweeping all residential and commercial streets for 2025. Sweeping the streets every week reduces the amount of pollutants entering storm drains, helping keep local rivers and the ocean cleaner and healthier. Frequent street sweeping also improves the appearance of our local roadways. Residents are reminded to keep parked vehicles off the street every week on their assigned sweeping day, even on days when enforcement is suspended. Cars parked on the street on sweeping days may be ticketed.

As a reminder, during Enforcement Suspension periods, all other parking violations per the California Vehicle Code, Los Angeles County Ordinances, and the Pico Rivera Municipal Code will continue to be enforced.
